Agens AS, org.nr. 988 669 695, Trondheimsveien 184, 0570 Oslo, is responsible for the personal data on this website. Ask us anything about it at post@agens.no.

This site sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser that could recognise you. We count visits with PostHog, on its servers in the EU, in a mode that stores nothing on your device. To tell one day's visits apart, PostHog combines your IP address and browser details with a random value that changes every day, and keeps only the scrambled result. It cannot follow you from one day to the next or to any other site, and we never connect it to your name. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which pages people read. Your browser also keeps the scroll position it restores when you go back a page, and discards it the moment you close the tab.

Loading a page reaches three machines: our host, Vercel; Sanity, which stores and serves the images; and PostHog, which counts the visit. All three see what any web server sees, including your IP address, because that is how a page gets to you at all.

If you write to us through the form on our careers page, what you send is emailed to us through Mailgun. It is not put in a database. We keep the email for as long as it is useful and delete it when you ask us to.

If you also tick the box to join our mailing list, we keep your name and address so we can send you that mail, and nothing else. Every mailing has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

You are entitled to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to Datatilsynet.

Our statement under the Norwegian Transparency Act is a separate document, and is here → →.
