  • Inspiring aspiring drivers.
    Insuring them in the process.

We partnered up with Norwegian insurance giant Gjensidige to help youngsters obtain their driver's license. In Norway, a 16 year old may start test driving in traffic if accompanied by a grown driver.

By creating a simple app that helps parents and aspiring drivers to log their practice trips, we also created a gamification universe that provides great insurance deals for them. The app has since become a central customer acquisition platform for Gjensidige, onboarding young car owners by providing gamified value.

  • App onboarding: signing up as a supervisor, the registration confirmation, and the start-a-drive screen
  • Serving the users by listening.

Since 2014, we have spent much time listening to customers and worked hard to understand their needs. In the process, we have also been heavily involved in running Gjensidige's customer support of the app.

This way, we have been able to identify friction, bugs, frustrations and feature requests at an early stage, giving us the insight necessary to continuously improve the app and make sure it is of genuine value to the users.
